FAQs

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Order Status page to find your real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or have any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: How long does shipping takes?

A: We begin processing your order immediately after it has been placed, however, we ask for 3-4 business days for us to prepare and ship your item. Items are shipped from one of our 4 warehouses located in USA, UK and China Our worldwide free shipping generally takes around 15-30 business days from the shipment date. Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes, for the most part. At checkout you will see whether or not we can reach your country or not. At the moment we support about 100+ countries with shipping. 

Q: What's your return policy?

A: Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

Q: What happens if I receive the wrong item?

A: If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

 

Q: I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
A: We ship from different warehouses using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not.

Q: WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? 
A: All tax & duties will be covered by us. If you are charged any duty/tax fees for your order, please send us a copy of the invoice so we can settle the charges.For more please visit our Shipping policy.

Q: WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? 
A: If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately through our contact form! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience.
